We the People are only obligated to follow Laws, not. Rules or Regulations. We have seen agencies like the EPA and ATF being shot down by the Supreme Court for acting outside their authority. These agencies have no Constitutional authority to exist let alone make Law. It's not difficult to read Articles I and III to understand the authority of Congress and the Courts. The "Rules" need to challenged as outside the Scope of the Law as passed by Congress.

I never trust anything that comes from the govt (any govt.) But I do believe that if we ban CCP drones, we'll get drones from S. Korea, Isreal, Mexico, Japan, etc. The price will go up but there is no way we should be giving the CCP a free ride to spy on our country.

In my opinion all drones will be banned sooner or later not for the security but for the drone market delivery system of goods to consumers, flying quad-cars etc, they don't want regular "Joe" to own one and its a lot to deal with the drone industry for people will be a history not just in the USA but everywhere to add this is just the tip of the iceberg my friends...

Thank you for a really great video. I bought this drone as a quality not too expensive drone to learn on. I am convinced I made the right choice before operating my more expensive drone, I am also waiting for the DJI ban emir to be resolved so I can purchase the Mini Pro 4. My other drone is called Drone Clone limitless 5. I will be practicing on this one before operating that much heavier drone. Have you ever heard of my bigger drone. Thank you again.

Let me make this very very VERY simple for you, Drones are a new tool used in war and are very effective. Like your guns, they don't want people to have access to these tools. because they are marching us towards ww3 and the less armed and capable the people are, the better for them. crazy right? Can someone tell me the best place to mount the strobe on a Dji mini 3? I’ve heard that placing it in a certain spot on the top will interfere with its gps. I’m new and want to so things correctly.

I would also tell everybody to take care of your drone electronics.Reduce the ware and tare by not flying as often.This will make the drone hobbyist more. Savvy.There are US companies makings circuit boards.The tough part will be is getting electronic components.

I have a solution to this problem,and this is what I would do:first,remove all the electronics from the drone Airframe,than install a normal speed controller and receiver.The only electronics that can be used is the 4 brushless motors.My model airplanes have normal speed controllers and receivers as well as servos.So the government can't stop me.The only thing that can is an EMP which is a much bigger issue.

1. Fly only for recreational purposes (personal enjoyment). 2. Follow the safety guidelines of an FAA-recognized Community Based Organization (CBO). 3. Keep your drone within the visual line of sight or use a visual observer who is co-located (physically next to) and in direct communication with you. 4. Give way to and do not interfere with other aircraft. 5. Fly at or below FAA-authorized altitudes in controlled airspace (Class B, C, D, and surface Class E designated for an airport) only with prior FAA authorization by using LAANC or DroneZone. 6. Fly at or below 400 feet in Class G (uncontrolled) airspace. 7. Take The Recreational UAS Safety Test (TRUST) and carry proof of test passage when flying. 8. Have a current FAA registration, mark (PDF) your drones on the outside with the registration number, and carry proof of registration with you when flying. Note: Beginning September 16, 2023, if your drone requires an FAA registration number it will also be required to broadcast Remote ID 9. Do not operate your drone in a manner that endangers the safety of the national airspace system.

I'm in the market for something else I bought a holy Stone 720r nothing but problems. Crazy toilet bowl action. The first one flew off on me couldn't find it. holy Stone did send me another one. Same issues I'm sending it back I'm going to get something different it's only a matter of time before it breaks or gets lost. The whole 720 line was an epic fail apparently.
